This course is a beginner-level introduction to the skills required for climbing top rope safely. We will be teaching:
– knot tying
– belaying
– rope management skills
– equipment usage
– commands for climbing
The course objective is on the skills needed to belay in a controlled environment.
This course is not an introduction to climbing, we recommend that you do Introduction to Climbing course before doing this course if you are new.
